DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • FREE UK DELIVERY: We offer FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class UK delivery on everything we sell!

  • SAME DAY DISPATCH: We dispatch all orders received by 4pm, Monday to Friday (excl. Bank Holidays), on the same day!

  • 1ST CLASS UPGRADE (UK): Upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class for only £1.99 per order!

  • TRACKED NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR ONLY £7.99 (UK): For urgent orders, access our ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY service for only £7.99!

  • INTERNATIONAL (from £11.99): We offer a fully tracked international priority shipping service to more than 90 countries across the world! Please see below for further information.

UNITED KINGDOM

Here are further details of our three UK delivery options:

ROYAL MAIL 2ND CLASS (FREE) - APPROX 3 TO 5 POSTAL DAYS: Orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day (excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve). Orders taken at weekends and after 4pm on weekdays will be dispatched the following working day. Our delivery aim for this service is 3 to 5 postal days from the point of dispatch. Please note that our delivery aims are estimates only and are based on the average delivery times experienced by the majority of our customers. This is an UNTRACKED service. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service we respectfully ask that you wait 10 working days for deliveries before contacting us about an overdue order. If your order is 'time-specific', we highly recommend utilising our ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY service (please see below). Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail as part of standard daily postal deliveries. As the majority of our products will not fit through a standard sized letterbox, your Postman/Postwoman may attempt to leave your order in a safe place (such as in a porch, garage, shed or with a neighbour) if you are not in. They are unlikely to leave a note/card in relation to this. If they can not find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a note/card with information about how to collect the parcel from your local post/sorting office.

ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS (£1.99) -  APPROX 1 TO 2 POSTAL DAYS: As above but with a faster delivery time!

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY (£7.99) - 1 WORKING DAY: This is our fastest delivery service. Orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve) will be dispatched the same day via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service. Orders made after 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the following working day e.g. an order made on a Friday (after 4pm), Saturday or Sunday would be dispatched the following Monday (excluding a Bank Holiday) for a Tuesday delivery. This is a TRACKED service - you will be provided with a tracking code to monitor the progress of your delivery at Royal Mail's Online Tracking page. Please note that this service does not offer Saturday deliveries.

EU PRIORITY TRACKED (3 TO 7 DAYS) - £11.99: Orders placed by 4pm (British Standard Time) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders taken at weekends and after 4pm on weekdays will be dispatched the following working day. Our delivery aim for this service is 3 to 7 postal days from the point of dispatch. Please note that our delivery aims are estimates only and are based on the average delivery times experienced by the majority of our customers. This is a TRACKED service - you will be provided with a tracking code to monitor the progress of your delivery at Royal Mail's Online Tracking page.

INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY TRACKED (4 TO 9 DAYS) - £11.99: Orders placed by 4pm (British Standard Time) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day (excluding UK Bank Holidays). Orders taken at weekends and after 4pm on weekdays will be dispatched the following working day. Our delivery aim for this service is 4 to 9 postal days from the point of dispatch. Please note that our delivery aims are estimates only and are based on the average delivery times experienced by the majority of our customers. This is a TRACKED service - you will be provided with a tracking code to monitor the progress of your delivery at Royal Mail's Online Tracking page.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase made from Lunch Bag Land. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we operate a no quibble return policy. Please complete the Returns Form below within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order and we will be in contact with you to resolve the matter.

FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCTS: If your product(s) are faulty, damaged or, in rare cases where we have sent the wrong product, we will refund the entire cost of your purchase as well as the return postage amount (Royal Mail Standard Parcel service only). The Returns Form below must be completed within 14 calendar days of receipt of your purchase and the item(s) must be received by us within 28 calendar days of receipt before the refund will be processed. Please return your goods via Royal Mail Standard Parcel service and ensure you get proof of posting from your post office to 'insure' the goods as you are responsible for any returned goods until they are received at our warehouse.

UNWANTED ITEMS: If you simply wish to return an item for any other reason we will refund the original purchase price of any products returned although you, the customer, remain responsible for any return carriage costs. Products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging and be in a resaleable condition. The Returns Form below must be completed within 14 calendar days of receipt of your purchase and the item(s) must be received by us within 28 calendar days of receipt of your purchase before the refund will be processed. Please return your goods via Royal Mail Standard Parcel service and ensure you either track or insure the goods as you are responsible for any returned goods until they are received at our warehouse. If you would prefer to exchange an item for an alternative, you may need to pay a redelivery charge which will be calculated by us once we receive details of your request.

If we receive no notification that you wish to return any items within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
